Recruitment Management System (RMS)

NZSTA provides, free of charge, an online Recruitment Management System (RMS), that offers safe and cost-effective recruitment processing.

The RMS provides a more efficient way to recruit school staff by assisting to:

  • Place advertisements
  • Store applicant CVs, applications, cover letters and other relevant information
  • Allow system users to see all documents
  • Keep track of applicant progress
  • Acknowledge and respond to applications
  • Police vet potential employees

The RMS is a user-friendly self-service tool with:

  • How to videos
  • User guides
  • Live chat assistance
